Congratulations!
Signe Johansen was chosen by Marcelo Papa, Thierry Laborde and Carol Emmas for her dishes of Skagen, (described as a Scandinavian "fast food" dish) to match the Casillero del Diablo Shiraz Rose, and her Pigeon and Mole (the S. American cocoa based sauce) to match the Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon.
The judges loved the creative matches and the range of dishes matched to the wines and we will bring you photos and hopefully links to recipes in the near future
